Your first appointment is mostly about getting to know each other. We want to hear your concerns, understand your history, and figure out the best path forward together. If it's been a while since you've seen a dentist, that's okay — we're not here to judge. We're here to help.
If you’re nervous about dental visits, you’re not alone — we hear that a lot and we’re good at it. We also offer laughing gas (nitrous oxide) as a comfort option. Just mention it when you call and we’ll take care of the rest.
Your dentist will do a complete exam — your teeth, your gums, and everything else worth paying attention to. It's thorough, but it goes fast.
We'll take X-rays if it's been a while or if you don't have recent ones. They help us see what we can't see otherwise, and we'll walk you through what we find.
Most first visits include a cleaning with one of our hygienists. They know their patients well and they're good at what they do.
Before you leave, your dentist will go over everything they found and what it means. If anything needs attention, they'll talk through your options clearly and honestly — and let you lead.
We'd rather you leave with answers than with a stack of paperwork you'll read later. Ask us anything.
You can download and fill out our patient forms before your visit and bring them with you. It saves a few minutes at the front desk — and you can fill them out at your kitchen table instead of on a clipboard.
Prefer to fill them out when you arrive? That works too. Just plan a few extra minutes.
We're in-network with most major dental insurance plans and we'll help you understand what your coverage includes before any treatment. If you're not sure whether we take yours, just call — we'll look it up.
CareCredit financing is available for treatment that isn't fully covered by insurance. We're happy to walk through your options and costs before anything is scheduled.
No insurance? We see uninsured patients too. Ask us about payment options when you call.
