Dr. Caitlin Moody

Dr. Caitlin Moody grew up in Jamestown, Tennessee, watching her father serve the Upper Cumberland community as a physician for years. That same impulse to take care of the people she grew up around is what eventually led her to dentistry, and back home.
A University of Louisville graduate and three-year member of the Upper Cumberland Family Dentistry team, Dr. Moody works at the Livingston location, where she gets to care for many of the same families and neighbors she has known her whole life. Her approach is straightforward: give every patient the same quality of care she would want for someone she loves. With warmth, patience, and honesty.
One of her favorite moments in the chair is when a patient who walked in nervous looks up at the end of the appointment and says, "that was the best one I have ever had." That shift, from anxiety to relief, is what she works toward every visit.
Outside the office, Dr. Moody is a mom to three little ones (Ellie, Brooks, and baby Jack) and married to her high school sweetheart, Trey. Summer weekends find her at Dale Hollow Lake, and fall weekends are for football. She also holds the unofficial title of the office's most reliable snack supplier, fueled by a self-described enormous sweet tooth. She is fully aware of the irony!
